Important: Commissioning an artwork and making a payment automatically constitutes your full agreement to these Terms of Service. If you have questions or need clarification on any aspect of ToS, please reach out to me before the commission request.I don't draw:

- furry / heavy mecha
- masculine men
- anything I'm not comfortable with (must be discussed before commissioning)Format of Work. I work exclusively in digital art format. No physical copies will be shipped.Client Requirements. References: You must provide clear visual references of the character (images, color palettes, clothing details) before I start working on your commission.
Additional Elements: If an option with an extra fee for a background / complex details / NSFW is selected, you must provide a detailed description or visual examples before the work begins.Commission Type: Skeb-Style Headshot:
No Work in Progress (WIP): I will not send any sketch or progress screenshots during the process.
No Revisions: The final artwork is delivered as-is. No fixes, edits, or changes can be requested.
Payment Terms: Payment must be sent only after I review and officially confirm your request.
Final Artwork: You will 100% receive a headshot illustration featuring lineart, base colors and base rendering. For examples, check the "SKEB" section in my portfolio.
References: You must still provide clear visual references of the character.
No Additions: This option does not accept any additions. No backgrounds / custom items / NSFW can be requested.Work Process & Edits. Workflow Steps: Sketch ➔ Lineart ➔ Base Colors ➔ Base Render ➔ Final render. I will send you WIP (work in progress) screenshots on every of these steps (also you can ask for additional screenshots).
Note: next step will be started only after your confirmation of the previous one.
Free Edits: Up to 5 changes allowed at the sketch stage. Up to 1 minor change allowed at the lineart stage. Up to 1 minor change allowed at the base colors stage.
Paid Edits: Any changes requested beyond the free limit, will require an additional fee (starting from +10% of the base price). I will not do changes after the base colors.Payment, Pricing & Refunds.
I only accept payment on my debit card (REVOLUT). I'm not trying to scam anyone, just having trouble with other servises.
Complex Elements: Extra charges for complex elements, high detail, or specific themes are applied strictly according to my current price list.
Payment: 50% upfront payment (Work begins only after receiving) and 50% payment after confirmation of sketch.
Cancellation by Client: If canceled at the sketch stage, 50% of the upfront payment is refunded. Once the lineart begins, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation by Artist: A 100% refund will be issued if I cancel the commission at any stage.Deadline: SKEB-STYLE HS: 3 days after payment;
HEADSHOT: from 5 days after the sketch is approved;
HALF-BODY: from 10 days after the sketch is approved;
FULL-BODY: from 20 days after the sketch is approved.
Note: all commissions (except SKEB-STYLE) will be delivered in a queue (feel free to ask me your position in a queue).
Delays: Delayed responses from the client or edits will automatically extend the deadline.Copyright & Restrictions.
Artist Rights: I retain full copyright of the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio (tagging you as client if you ask).
Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal purposes (avatars, wallpapers, personal printing). Commercial use (merch, monetized streams, album covers) must be discussed and paid for separately.
Strict AI & NFT Ban: I don't allow to use my artwork for AI training/datasets or for NFT creation/sales.
Modifications: You are not allowed to remove my signature from the final artwork.
